Walking Therapy Sessions
After years of being a personal fitness trainer and coach, I noticed that people often think and talk more freely while moving. Walking sessions offer a grounded, relational setting for meaningful conversation and insight.
Walking therapy became a natural extension of my counseling practice, shaped by both clinical experience and the model of Jesus, who often engaged in deeply meaningful conversations while walking along the road with people.
