I offer in-person to those in the Austin area. I am located near Zilker Park. I also provide online therapy using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to Texas residents.
I offer 50 minute and 90 minute appointments to individuals and couples.

50 minutes - Individual or Couples Session - $175
90 minutes - Individual or Couples Session - $250
I am not in-network with insurance at this time. Upon request, I can provide a monthly invoice (known as a Superbill) that you can send to your insurance company. It is important that you contact your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network coverage before we meet.
Walk Therapy is a form of counseling that combines physical activity with traditional talk therapy by having the client and therapist walk together outdoors. This approach can feel more comfortable and less intimidating that the traditional office setting.

You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a session.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to access your health care records. To request your records, please submit a written request via email or the portal. Requests are processed in accordance with Texas law and HIPAA. You will be informed of any fees prior to release.
