Supervision That Supports the

Therapist You’re Becoming

Becoming an LPC-Associate is more than logging hours. It’s learning how to think clinically, practice ethically, and develop confidence in your professional judgment.

Many associates feel the weight of getting it right. The rules are detailed and the responsibility is real. Self-doubt and the pressure to perform—while still learning—can quietly show up in sessions and documentation. You don’t have to navigate that alone.

Supervision with me is collaborative, structured, and playful. We work as a team. You bring your questions, growing instincts, and clinical curiosity. I bring experience, ethical clarity, and steady guidance so you can learn without feeling scrutinized or rushed.

My Supervisory Approach

I was trained in the highly respected Wingspan supervision program, known for ethical clarity, clinical depth, and emphasis on discernment. My approach is informed by years of clinical practice and a belief that strong therapists are formed through both accountability and support.

My supervisory interests include faith integration, couples counseling and family dynamics, interpersonal neurobiology, Internal Family Systems, and work with athletes and other high performers, among others. Supervision is attentive to your clinical voice—helping you grow into the therapist you are becoming, not a carbon copy of someone else.

If you’re looking for supervision that is rigorous, relational, and genuinely formative, I’d be glad to connect and explore whether we’re a good fit.

Take the next step towards becoming a LPC.
